Garnett Rd. is a paved rural road in southeast Arkansas near Monticello in Drew County, about 15 minutes from downtown. Turn from Garnett Rd, onto the gravel drive at 1028 Griffith Lane and the first thing you’ll see is the beautiful, black iron, solar powered, coded gate with metal horse cutouts on either side. This parcel contains all the property’s ½ mile of paved road frontage  and several potential building sites. Griffith Lane enters this parcel on the south end and west side from Garnett Rd, goes through the iron gate for about 600 ft. then enters the 2nd parcel.

Parcel 001-5829-000 is a rectangular shaped 53 acres containing approximately 45 acres of timber and approximately 8 acres of lake. After crossing the above parcel, Griffith Lane enters this parcel also on the west side & south end. Traveling east, within 850 ft. it crosses the south end of the lake, then turns north.
